A. Namik Ural, MSc ME, ES is an experienced engineer with an outstanding portfolio of construction projects throughout 45 years of practice. He has led numerous civil engineering projects as well as mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) and heating, ventilation and air conditioning installation projects, and successfully managing government budgets of over a million dollars. He is active in UK as self-employed consultant and supervisor since 2021 for renovation and construction of residential, commercial and office buildings.
Mr. Namik Ural covered various roles as project manager, regional manager and project coordinator for multiple companies at various locations such as Middle East and Mid Asian countries, Russia and others, was responsible for countless major civil works and public infrastructure construction projects. Only a sample from his extensive portfolio are a Saudi Arabia housing project worth hundreds of millions, restoration and recreation development projects in Russia, a hospital structural strengthening and reconstruction project in Libya, various highway projects in Kazakhstan and Libya, a grain storage project in Iraq, a number of embassy and consulate building and renovation projects and the construction of stadiums in Iraq and Turkmenistan.
Moreover, A. Namik Ural was in charge of the project coordination and management of various NATO projects in Turkey, including the building various protected buildings and infrastructure and support facilities. Most recently, he executed projects for the USA Department of State, Overseas Building Operations, as project coordinator at sites in Pakistan and Russia, tasked with renovation and building the consulate, housing and office premises.
